Who We Are:

The initial practice was co-founded in 1939 by the late Abraham M. Buchman (1916-2007), and today it represents a wide range of clientele from all parts of the world. Collectively, the Firm's attorneys have over 100 years' of experience advising businesses in the beverage alcohol field, several with governmental or publicly traded corporate experience. The Firm frequently works with other firms to achieve client transactional goals.
