Rachele D. Winningham
Rachele is an Associate in the firm's San Francisco office. Rachele was born in Alameda, California in 1976. In 1998, Rachele received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of California at Santa Cruz. In 2001, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. She was admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, in 2002.

Rachele is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco; the State Bar of California; and the Queen's Bench. Her practice areas include Alcoholic Beverage Control law and alcoholic beverage licensing and regulation.
