Rachele D. Winningham
Rachele is a Partner in the firm�s San Francisco office. She is a San Francisco Bay Area native. In 1998, Rachele received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In 2001, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University, School of Law and was admitted to the California bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California in 2002.

Rachele has practiced exclusively in the alcoholic beverage industry since her admission to the California bar. Rachele�s expertise extends to the licensing and trade practice areas of the firm�s practice, working with clients representing all three tiers of the industry.

Rachele is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Francisco Bar Association.
