Mark A. Koslowe
Mark is the firm�s Managing Partner. Mark splits his time between the New York and New Jersey offices. He was born in New York, New York in 1952. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973 from Yeshiva University, a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham Law School and an Advanced Professional Certificate (in taxation) from New York University, School of Business in 1979. He was admitted to the New York and Florida Bars in 1977, and to the Bar of the District of Columbia in 1979. He was also admitted to practice in 1977 before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mark possesses substantial experience in the licensing of manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers nationwide. He frequently advises clients with respect to the labeling and advertising of their products. He practices extensively before the U.S. Customs Department, challenging the assessments and penalties asserted upon products imported and warehoused at bonded facilities. Mark has also lectured to various clients on trade practice issues, both federal and state. Mark also counsels in employee-employer and labor relations matters. He has negotiated contracts for management with collective bargaining units, and represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Unemployment Insurance Boards, and other administrative agencies. Rounding out over 25 years of experience with the firm, Mark has also addressed a variety of general corporate matters, alcoholic beverage industry, franchise arrangements, trade practice services and commercial leasing agreements.
